Our stay was fantastic! The rooftop bar was a great spot for evening drinks with its stunning views. The staff went above and beyond, especially Anthonie at check-in, who made us feel at home. The location was superb, just a walk away from Times Square.

My kids wished for more family-friendly amenities. A pool or fun activities would have been great.

Although the elevators were quite slow, the staff was generally accommodating, especially Bryan at the front desk, who went above and beyond to enhance our experience.
